Manage your SharePoint documents directly inside Reverto, without switching applications. Available across all document sections, this integration gives your team a familiar, intuitive file-management environment exactly where they need it.
★ Navigation & Display
Browse your SharePoint environment with ease. A hierarchical folder tree keeps your structure clear, files and folders are sorted alphabetically with the correct icons per file type, and a status bar keeps you informed with live directory counts, sizes, and last modified dates.
★ File & Folder Management
Everything you’d expect from a desktop experience – create Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Text files or new folders with a right-click, rename on the fly with F2, open files directly in the browser, and delete single or multiple items with a simple confirmation prompt. Users can choose between sending items to the Recycle Bin or performing a permanent delete, with permanent deletion requiring user permission.
★ Upload & Download
Getting files in and out has never been easier. Drag straight from Windows Explorer, use the toolbar or right-click menu, or hit Ctrl+U to upload. Download via right-click, toolbar, or Ctrl+S — with progress bars throughout. Download actions require user‑level permissions, ensuring only authorised users can retrieve files locally.
★ Drag & Drop
Move files and folders between views with drag and drop, or drag items directly from Reverto into Windows Explorer. All drag‑and‑drop operations follow the same permission rules as standard file actions.
★ Folder Structure Generation
Get new Entities and associated Individuals set up faster. Generate a standard folder structure in one click and align existing client folders to your folder structure templates, and track progress with a built-in progress bar.
