In version 1.3.86.0, we introduced Risk Level Scoring on Entity Review Templates. Risk Ratings can be added to Entity Review Response Options that use the Multiple-Choice Response Type.
As the Entity Review Entries are completed, a Total Risk Score is calculated for the entire Entity Review:
This Total Risk Score has been added to the Entity Review Screens, Reports and Exports. See below example of a Risk Level Report:
Additionally, we have added the ability to:

- maintain Risk Scores per entry
- Clone Risk Score entries, to enable Entity Review Templates to be built efficiently
This functionality allows for multiple Entity Review templates to be configured for multiple, user-defined Review Types. Each with distinct Review Entries, Response Types and optional Risk Level Scores, enabling a tailored compliance configuration for our clients.
