Version V1.3.89.0 introduces the TCSP NED – New Entity Declaration Form. Since the previous Software Update News, we have updated the initial form design to match the Central Registry’s final version of the form. The TCSP-NED Form can be generated from Entity Details:
SIC Codes
- A new SIC Codes screen has been added, allowing for the selection of a single or multiple SIC Codes in the system:
Location of Proposed Activity
- For Location of Proposed Activity, Radio button options have been added to either Report Risk – Activity Section, which will report the Activity Section from Risk – Activity, or Specify Below, which enables a free text field.
Print Form – Declaration Signing
- The Print Form TCSP-NED – New Entity Declaration screen allows for the selection of a License Holder who is submitting the form, which is selected from the Entities in the system. The current Officers will be listed and are available for selection to specify who will be signing the form on behalf of the License Holder.
