Updates to Isle of Man Companies – 2006 Act Forms:
- Form IM12: A new form, “Notice of Change in Register of Directors,” has been introduced to streamline director updates.
- Form IMAR: The annual return form is updated to the May 2025 version.
- Register of Directors (Reduced Data Version): A new reduced-data register option has been launched, targeting the essential information required under the 2006 Act.
Enhanced Tools for Bulk Register Generation:
The Bulk Register Generate option has been added under the tool’s menu, enabling users to produce registers in bulk. This can be done either by printing directly or exporting as PDFs to a designated folder.
Changes to Isle of Man Companies – 1931 Act Forms:
- Form AR – Annual Return: A checkbox is now available in the Annual Return Details screen for companies indicating they haven’t kept accounting records. This ensures better clarity, as the form will only strike out the relevant text based on the checkbox input.
- Form NO/CSP: “First Appointment” and “Subsequent Appointment” fields have been removed, following registry confirmation that these inputs are no longer required.
Bank Name Maintenance and Dropdown Integration:
- Users can now add and manage bank names directly through the Maintenance Menu, which is also reflected in updated dropdown options across screens for bank details and accounts. Additionally, the update process ensures the integration of new bank names system-wide.
Risk Levels for Countries and Jurisdictions:
- The maintenance menu now includes the ability to assign specific risk levels to countries and jurisdictions for targeted banks, aiding risk assessment and compliance management.
Entity Review List Filters Revamped:
- The Entity Review List screen receives an update with new standard filters, including enhanced filtering by internal company status.
New Features for Individuals and Entity Details:
- Other Directorships: Individuals listed as directors can now include “Other Directorship” information for better records.
- Entity Details Screen: A new “Annual Return Date” field has been added, automatically reflecting the latest Annual Return or Incorporation Date (if no returns exist).
Improved Display of Warnings:
- Performance improvements have been made in how warnings are displayed across various screens, including the Entity List, Individual List, Entity Select, and Individual Select interfaces.
