Version V1.3.89.0 introduces the ability to maintain a complete Entity Status History from the creation of the entity onwards. Under Entity Details, a ‘Show History button’ has been added. Once selected, the Entity Status History screen is opened:
Permission-based validation ensures only authorised users have access to the Add, Edit and Remove buttons. Other users have view–only access to the Entity Status History. For users who have the permission ‘Change Entity File Statuses’, new entity statuses can be added with an effective date and notes:
Files can also be attached to the Entity Status Entry and managed using the Edit and Remove buttons:
