Software Update News: Key Enhancements to Entity Management

The latest update to version 1.3.80.0 introduces a series of updates aimed at improving functionality and user experience in entity management. Here’s a detailed look at the changes:

Politically Exposed Persons (PEP):

  • The Individual Details screen has been updated to enhance the PEP section. The previous radio buttons for specifying Domestic or Foreign PEPs have been replaced with a dropdown menu. This dropdown now includes three options: Domestic, Foreign, and Unique, offering users greater clarity and flexibility.

Entity – Reduced CDD:

  • The CDD (Customer Due Diligence) section in the Entity Details screen now features a checkbox for ‘Reduced CDD’. Additionally, the system records when this status was last updated and by which user, ensuring improved accountability and traceability.

FSA Reporting – Export Enhancements:

  • The Entity List screen has seen updates to its Export options. The ‘Sector and Activity’ export option has been renamed to ‘IOM FSA Reporting’. Furthermore, all new FSA Reporting options, along with the Reduced CDD value, have been incorporated into this export functionality, enhancing the reporting process.
